Book a 30minute No Sweat Consultation with one of our coaches who will guide you through what the best course of action is to reach your goals. Fill in the form below and one of our coaches will call you to arrange a convenient date and time.
What to expect?
During the No Sweat Consultation you will meet one of our coaches at the gym who will discuss your goal, including nutrition if you are interested in improving this. He/she will then discuss the different types of training options that we offer to help you best reach your goals.
For the Functional Fitness Sessions join Our Free Trial Session on either a Saturday Morning at 11:30 or Tuesday morning at 09:30. After This session you good to join in the group classes.
Before the end of Intro Sessions, these concepts should be crystal clear to the new member…

We also run an indoor/outdoor Bootcamp 3 times a week.
These sessions are great for beginners and intermediates. They do not involve weight lifting.
