We are still offering Functional Fitness / Strength and Conditioning as well as our Bootcamp classes.
We offer Small Group Personal training with fully coached classes for all levels of fitness whether you are a Pro or a beginner our workouts are adapted to you. We focus on life changing experience: getting our members healthy and fit to improve their quality of life and help them feel better than ever.

S&C ClassesOur Strength and Conditioning classes - are based on high intensity functional movements - movements that are natural for the human body. These are fully coached classes by a qualified coach. Constantly varied you will never be bored and you will see great results.

BootCampNOT sure strength and conditioning is for you? Try our bootcamp classes - this is a 45min class. High intensity, any level of fitness welcome. no complex movements - these fully caoched session which will provide great results.

Home WorkoutsFor those who are not yet confident to come to the gym, or who want something to do at home when they can't make it to the class. Our home workouts require very little equipment (a dumbell) don't have one no probs the coach will recommend what to use instead!

Nutrition SupportWe will when you join the gym after an initial consultation provide you with a personalised nutrition guide.
Our memebres have access to an online database of healthy recipes and nutrition resources to support you in achieving your goals. |
