CrossFit Kiddies (5-12yrs)
CrossFit Kiddies is designed for 5-12yr olds. This program is designed around fun and games While introducing them to the lifts used within CrossFit. All the lifts are done with a light load (weight) working on consistency and efficiency rather than load. During these sessions there will be a circuit to help improve fitness and body movement mechanics. These sessions are a great way to help build the childrens confidence and a great way to make new friends. |
CrossFit Teens (13-17yrs)
CrossFit Teens is designed for 13-17yr old. This program includes all the Power/Olympic lifts and gymnastics working on consistency and efficiency then load. We allow load (weight) to be used under supervision and instruction of the coaches. High intensity workouts are used as in the same way as the adult classes but with lighter weights. These sessions are a great way to help build confidence and make new friends. 16 and 17yr olds are also welcome to join the main CrossFit classes using the student membeship (£35/month). |
