Daily Functional Fitness Classes -
These are one hour long and and Highly varied functional fitness classes with expert coaching. |
XFFIT - Strength & Conditioning
Offers daily strength and skill training along with a fun and effective metcon-style workout. Each class is 45 minuets long - fully coached by one of our expert trainers.

XFFIT - BOOTCAMP
We also run an indoor/outdoor Bootcamp 3 times a week.
These sessions are great for beginners and intermediates. They do not involve weight lifting. Expert coaching & Great Fun! |

Mobility and Deep Tissue Massage
Mobility and muscle health is an important part of staying healthy and injury free. As well as mobility work in classes, our members have access to mobility videos to help focus on specific areas.
We also offer Deep tissue Massages through Witham Sports massage on site. |
